Affidavit Requirement
If, on the Online Application you answer "Yes" stating that you have 3 years of continuous fulltime service as a police officer with the same police agency or 3 years of active military duty AND do not have a bachelor's degree (or higher), YOU MUST print out, complete, sign and date an Official Affidavit form.
